Welcome to Aeipathy (an enduring and consuming passion) – online!
This website features further information on the student artists in the exhibition Aeipathy, featured in Thompson Rivers University’s Art Gallery and teaching studios from April 13 – 30, 2024.
The exhibition showcases the thesis work of Bachelor of Fine Arts students during their final year of study. Each student’s thesis project reflects their personal interests and research and demonstrates their commitment to the development of their skills and ideas throughout their studies, but especially in this final year.
The purpose of this website is to be a place for exhibition attendees to access the biographies, artist statements, audio interviews, price lists, catalogue, and links to the personal portfolios of student artists.
This site was developed in VISA 4990: Senior Seminar, a course that focuses on the development of professional practices for artists and works towards the creation of the resources you find here. In 2024, this course was taught by Twyla Exner, Assistant Teaching Professor, Department of Communication and Visual Arts.
Thank you for visiting!
